I have worked with clients privately or in a group setting for over 13 years in person and online. My classes are intuitive, uplifting crafted with awareness on aligning the Body-Mind-Heart connection through a combination of movement, breath, flow and stillness. The way I work is trauma-informed and focused on nervous system regulation and meeting you where you are at focusing on the process rather than the destination.
