My classes are intuitive, uplifting crafted with awareness on aligning the Body-Mind-Heart connection through a combination of movement, breath, flow and stillness.
The way I work nourishes your whole nervous system and your state of being. My approach is trauma-informed, meeting you where you are at, focusing on the process rather than the destination.
