I was born in Slovakia and currently live in England. My path of self-discovery started 15 years ago after attending a yoga class in London. I instantly fell in love with this sacred practice, and that’s also when yoga became a passion of mine.

I have faced many health challenges, which led me to dive into exploring other yogic practices including white tantric yoga (kundalini), tao-tantric arts, and shamanic practices from West to East, remembering again and again to come home to my body through the simple power of touch, movement, breath, and sacred sound.

I feel deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to experience life in many beautiful places on this planet, from London to Dubai, France, Bali, Thailand, California, and eventually coming back to my roots in Europe/UK. Currently based in St Leonards-on-Sea, UK.

I am a certified 400hr Yoga Teacher since 2012, Reiki Master since 2013, Alchemy of Touch Method Advanced Bodyworker since 2017, and Red Tent (Feminine Mysteries) Facilitator since 2021.
